We are currently looking for a top-performer to join our team in the role of Home Comfort and Safety Advisor.

What will you do?

Reporting directly to the President of Finan Home Service, this role will have you involved in day-to-day business operations and development, sales growth, corporate branding and special projects that meet our vision of being the leader in home services.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Engage in prospecting activities including, but not limited to networking and delivering presentations to real estate, insurance and mortgage brokerages.
  • Research and prospect to targeted residential areas in London and surrounding areas.
  • Receive in-bound leads from Field Technicians and Customer Service Representatives to deliver in-home quotations and presentations that secures HVAC, electrical and plumbing work for the team.
  • Investigate customers’ presenting issues, and uncover customer’s concerns and service needs. Problem solve presenting issues by preparing service options that best meet customer needs.
  • Support strategic planning processes during weekly sales meetings and quarterly business discussions.
  • Participate in tech meetings to ensure cross-selling and lead generation opportunities.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline to established targets.
  • Co-ordinate sales efforts with Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Opportunities for other duties and responsibilities aligned with aptitude and demonstrated performance.

Ideal Qualifications

  • High energy, results focused individual with a genuine alignment with our corporate vision and values.
  • Relevant diploma or degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 1 -3 years’ relevant and progressive work experience. A proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer market, ideally in residential sales.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional written/verbal communication skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • History of commitment to excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Appetite and ability to grow and develop quickly alongside our business.
  • Hungry to learn more about contracting and home renovation projects.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that includes evening and weekend appointments.
